Who is she and what does she do? Many people have called her "The Joker's new girlfriend" but it is not exactly that, she is his new partner although she is in love with him, well anyway she looks much more evil than Harley and focuses on hating society. In her first appearance we are in her bedroom while we talk to the director, then she killed him with the gas she took off while smoking.
